The European Commission is seeking consumer feedback on the quality of tourism services and awareness of quality evaluation systems within the E.U.

It has set up a public consultation on its website where consumers can provide feedback on their tourist experiences and their level of awareness of redress procedures. The Commission will use this information to help assess the European Tourism Label for Quality Systems initiative.
