Cheaper roaming charges from April 30th 2016

There’s great news for those planning a trip in the EU as roaming charges will be cheaper from today (April 30th 2016). This eBulletin has details of this change which is part of the EU’s plans to end roaming charges altogether by June 15th, 2017.


And finally, as always, we have the consumer success story which this month looks at how ECC Ireland helped two consumers receive compensation for a four hour flight delay despite the airline claiming ‘extraordinary circumstances’.
